However, if you wish to request for quotes for your energy efficiency upgrades or provide quotes for energy efficiency upgrades through the Site, you will need to either fill out a customer intake form, sign up for a user account or fill out the provider quote form and agree to additional terms and conditions.
The Site and all quotes for energy efficiency upgrades, homeowner/consumer leads generated, information, data, images, artwork, text, videos, audio, pictures and other materials contained on the Site, and the website design, content and arrangement (collectively, the “Materials”) are provided "AS IS" and “AS AVAILABLE”.
Saaf Company Incorporated is an independent third party with no affiliation with the Government of Canada’s Natural Resources Canada or with any service providers of energy efficiency upgrades. The services on the Saaf website are provided free of cost (on and “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” basis) to the homeowner/consumer and we do make revenue in the form of lead generation fees (and potentially advertising revenue) from service providers of energy efficiency upgrades.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site, its services, the services of service providers providing quotes for the energy efficiency upgrades, the quality of the homeowner/consumer leads generated, or the Materials. While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the Materials are accurate and reliable when it was posted on the Site, the Materials might not be accurate, complete or current. You use the Materials and Saaf’s services at your own risk and you should not rely on the Materials in situations where that reliance might result in any loss or damage to person or property. You the user accept all responsibility and consequences from decisions made based on the information gained from the Saaf website.
